POINT IN DRAG ZONE
Use POINT IN DRAG ZONE to check whether or not a given point is within the drag zone of a shaped window.

ARGUMENTS:
* XPos = X position of the point to check
* YPos = Y position of the point to check

RETURNS:
1 if the point is within the drag zone; otherwise 0.

Return Integer=POINT IN DRAG ZONE(XPos,YPos)
